A-Tech Australia is the largest aluminium manufacturer in Australia.
A-Tech Australia’s goal was to reduce their baseline electricity consumption from
their extrusion systems across their entire site, with their site consumption being one
of the single-largest lighting upgrade on the NSW Energy Savings Scheme.
Approach
The approach we had to was tailored to each building to ensure the appropriate
lighting requirements were met. Each building was inspected thoroughly with our
licensed electrician and site engineers before works were commenced.

Raine & Horne Commercial North Sydney is a property management company who
provide a comprehensive and integrated range of property services to cater to specific
needs.
Raine & Horne North Sydney discovered our company through online presence as a
leading provider on the Energy Saving Scheme (ESS) within their local LGA. Their goal
was to reduce their electricity consumption across their rent role whilst creating a better
experience and relationship with new and existing tenants.
Approach
In order to meet the clients needs, we worked closely with Raine & Horne and their
tenants to carry out numerous installations, in a timely manner. This required attentive
planning and prioritisation to ensure a smooth and timely – adhering to deadlines while
tenants were vacating.
We have since undertaken the contract the maintain all of the +50 offices that we
have upgraded.
